Sporting Achievements

Football

Congratulations to the boys who won the Small Schools' league! As a result, we represented Davyhulme and Urmston in the Trafford
Tournament.  The tournament was a great success and we reached the semi-finals.

Two teams of Year 4 and Year 5 boys represented the school in the Tim Sutton Tournament on Saturday, 7th July.  We finished in third place in both leagues – so near, yet so far – just missing out on the semis.

 

Netball

The season finished with the local annual tournament which the girls enjoyed, although we had mixed results.

We have entered both football and netball leagues for this year.

 

Cricket

The cricket season was rather a wash out with many games cancelled because of weather.  We did manage to play some games, again with mixed results.
