Upper Key Stage 2 Teacher and Phase Lead

Overview of Position

The Emmaus Catholic Academy Trust and local governing body of Our Lady of the Rosary RC Primary School are dedicated to providing an outstanding Catholic education to our children and pupils. We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Teacher to join our friendly team.

Could this be you?

If this is you, you will:

  • Have substantial experience as a successful Class Teacher, ideally within Key Stage 2
  • Demonstrate proven leadership skills and the ability to inspire, motivate and support colleagues
  • Have high expectations and a clear commitment to raising standards and securing the best possible outcomes for all pupils
  • Have a strong understanding of the Key Stage 2 curriculum and assessment, with the ability to drive improvement across the phase
  • Use data effectively to monitor progress, identify priorities and implement impactful strategies
  • Be committed to supporting and promoting the Catholic ethos and faith life
  • Be self-motivated, organised and able to work collaboratively as part of the Senior Leadership Team
